Consumer Policy Statement

fashionpatrol.com and Zelda do not currently offer merchandise directly for sale from this site. When commercial websites and their merchandise are mentioned, promoted, affiliated, linked, endorsed or reviewed, our policy is one of informed referral only. Our visitors are encouraged to "click-thru" to merchants and other sources linked in fashionpatrol, armed with informed (though subjective) opinions as created or directed by Zelda and her staff. Zelda goes to great effort to test, research, compare and analyze the merchants, designers, manufacturers and products that comprise much of the content in this site.

This site, through its referrals, does not guarantee, insure or promise the merchant's satisfactory performance or product quality. We make every effort to see that referred sites offer the best possible service and accurately present their products. All referred sites must include reasonable Return Policies and provide secure online ordering procedures. In the event of less-than-satisfactory performance by a merchant referred from this site, we request that the consumer first exhaust all available channels to correct all situations directly with the product source AND, please, inform us of the problem(s) so that we can investigate and remove our referral to that site if necessary.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
We don't plant "cookies" or hold on to your eMail addresses or share anything with anyone. Period. When you visit sites we've linked or affilaited with, you are subject to those sites' individual Privacy Policies and, if you "register" or "subscribe" to the site, expect to get a never ending chain of thoughtfully luring eMails designed to establish your continuing need to shop there.

Thank you,

...and who am I?

Flirting with fashionable merchandise as a consumer advocate is my bag (or, shall we say, "clutch purse"). I'm not big on name-dropping and prefer to discover things on my own and share them with you. l'm a Contributing Writer to California Apparel News and its website (which I helped create) at: www.apparelnews.net. "apparelwebwatch" appears there monthly as an industry insiders' look at the fashion business online. I work on my edgy point of view by nightclubbing, eternal shopping and hanging at cutting edge gallery openings. I know how to steer you away from those flighty fashion fads and right toward solid style that won't melt down your credit card.
